Shipping Information

Shipping is free. We send all orders by Singapore Post Regular mail.

We don't believe it is fair to customers to charge almost half the cost of 1 strap on shipping like other places. We rather you buy more of our straps.

Registered / First Class mail

For customers from countries with unreliable postal service, or want a peace of mind, We have added an option to send your order by Registered Post, for an extra SGD$3- SGD$4 (depending on your location).

You get registered mail free if your order is $50 and above.

Local/Singapore Addresses:

Deliveries typically reach you within 3 working days after dispatch.

Worldwide:

It really depends on your location, deliveries will reach you on within 6-12 working days after dispatch.

Other information:

International orders are responsible for any duties/taxes incurred at their end.

We aim to send out all orders within 2 working days.

NATOZULU is not responsible for any shipping delays due to bad weather and other 'Acts of God'.
