2. How do I measure the lug width of my watch?

Measure the lug width of your strap by doing so. (see pic below)

Watch straps typically come in 4 standard widths: 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm.


If your measurement is between the standard width, we advise you to choose the next bigger width. (eg: 19mm >  choose 20mm,  21mm >  choose 22mm)

We operate from Singapore, and we ship worldwide.



6. So how can I trust you to deliver what I ordered?

We have sent out thousands of watch straps to countries all over the world since 2010.

We are a verified Business in Paypal, and a registered business in Singapore (see About Us)


7.Do you offer cash on delivery, or funds transfer?

We accept only payment by PayPal (Credit or Debit cards) at this moment.


8. I have a Credit/Debit card, but I don't have a Paypal account. Can I pay without registering with Paypal?

Yes. Upon checkout, you will be diverted to Paypal, where you will be prompted to login to make payment.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can click on the link shown below, and enter your card details directly. (this option is only available for certain countries)




9. How do you send out my purchase?

We mail out your purchase using Standard Mail - Singapore Post.


We can send out your order by Registered Mail/First Class mail for an extra SGD$3.00 to SGD$4.00


For orders SGD$50 and above, we will send out your order by Registered Mail free of charge.

10. How quickly will my order reach me?

You will be informed by mail when we mail out the package.

Local Addresses (Singapore) : It will take 3 business days to reach your address.


Worldwide: Packages will take 6-10 Working Days, depending on the distance.


11. Hey, its been X days since I've ordered, and I have not received the straps!


We offer customers an option of shipping using registered post (with tracking number). Please choose this option, if the postal service in your country is not reliable.

We make every effort to send out the orders, are not responsible for postal losses.

We will review reports of non-delivery on a case-by-case basis.


12. What if I want you to rush my purchase, by SpeedPost?

Please let us know before you make payment,

by emailing us (customerservice@natozulu.com) what you want to buy,

and the location you are in. We will let you know your options, how much extra to pay.



13. What is your refund policy?

If there is a defect on your purchase, Please contact customerservice@natozulu.com within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.


All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Defects caused by wear and tear will be disregarded.
